ScaleUpSTL Loans

SLDC Invests $2.5 Million in New Loan Program for SMBs and Non-Profits


The St. Louis Development Corporation (SLDC) has proudly launched ScaleUpSTL, a loan program for small businesses and non-profits in the City of St. Louis with immediate capacity building and cash flow needs. SLDC has invested $2.5 million to ensure that women- and minority-owned businesses can access funding to keep their enterprises afloat. Emphasis will be placed on financing for SMBs in the city’s Southeast and Northern areas.


The St. Louis Small Business Empowerment Center and the St. Louis Community Credit Union have partnered with SLDC to fund and implement this program.
